How do you get Magical Express if you book a last minute trip?

I just booked a 2 night stay at AllStar Music for an elderly friend of ours thru hotels.com. It is a last minute trip and he arrives on Monday. Can he use ME and if so, what does he need to do?

Yes he can use the DME. You just need to call Disney and make the arrangements.
Now since it is last minute he will not get any documents in the mail therefore he will not get the luggage tags he needs. But he has two options for his luggage. He can claim it in baggage claim and take it on the bus with him. Or he can save his luggage claim stubs and give them to the people at the DME check in desk and they will claim his luggage and deliver it to his resort room.
