Yup. Its given out during Host Games to keep it rare.

Last Halloween I got mine in a host game. It was a generator game where you had to roll a certain number on the generator to win it.

I believe, that at this time, Inferno is not being awarded in Host games. It was one of the prizes for the top winners in the Team Slide Competition. Trading seems the only way to obtain this magic right now.

Host games, but this month they didnt do it because they gave out enough from slide competiton
