How do you get from home to the airport?

My FIL drives us to the airport in our van, then comes back to pick us up. We live about an hour from the airport.

Funny that we've all been discussing this. This week's Sunday Philadelphia Inquirer has a 3-page article on airport parking at PHL. Apparently, since post-9/11 travel has increased, parking both onsite and offsite is getting more and more difficult. The article reviews the airport options, the most popular offsite options and even lists hotels with park and fly privileges, all the stuff we've been discussing.

to their airport service-they send a minivan (could be several passengers, but we are leaving for the airport aboout 6 am on a Fri in early Sept, so hopefully not) for 29 each way. We will get a 3. discount on the return if we book both ways at the same time. I can handle under 60. both ways for the 4 of us and all of our luggage! I'm so relieved, but hoping they send the van we request and not a towncar like they did last trip .

When we go to JFK or Laguardia we always use a Limo....if we go out of Islip its either a limo or my brother drops me off.
