We have two 5 year old girls who will be crazy excited the whole time.

I don't know how much time I will need to keep back to our resort POFQ from any park and then back to a different resort for Dinner

Anyone have any suggestions?

The key is to be at the park by rope drop time and use morning EMH if you can. Then you can play from 8 am until noon, get lunch, go back to resort, and relax/swim, get ready around 4:40 and head out for your dinner reservation. You will get 3 hours of downtime and it really does help.
