How do you edit your thread title?

I've noticed how some people have edited their thread titles in the planning journals. I don't know if I'm just overlooking how to do it or what, but I can't figure it out. I tried editing the first post, but that didn't work.. so.. I'm asking for help!!

you edit your first post...then click on i think its like go advanced or something and it gives you the ability to change the title. hope that helps
