My iced tea must be sweet.
I like hot tea with sugar and milk.

hot and unsweetened. unless it's Lipton or earl grey which I drink with milk and sugar and a dash of lemon.

Do you guys have any idea how tough it is to live in the South all your life and not like sweetened tea?

I feel rather like an outsider, even though I was born in and have always lived in the South....

SWEET and in a GLASS with lots of ice, a lemon wedge and a straw. (Can you tell I'm a tad SoutherN???) My Mom's iced tea is slightly sweeter than syrup. YUMMMMMY!

Has to be hot tea, with milk no sugar. Used to have sugar but gave it up well over ten years ago. DH loves hot tea with milk and sugar. Have to take our 'typhoo' 'teabags' with us when visiting abroad :teeth:

Claire ;)

I love sweet iced tea -but have forced myself to switch to unsweetened with splenda.
I like hot tea both ways
I am born and raised in GA and have always had sweet iced tea -even as a child. I am kind of shocked when I realize how young I was when my Mom starting letting me drink iced tea with dinner every night

Hot, sweetened with honey AND maple syrup, and topped off with organic half-and-half. Yum! My favorite teas are the Twinings flavors I buy at the UK in Epcot--one with coconut and one with orange. Supposedly they aren't available in the USA (per the Twinings website the last time I looked).

unsweetened for both iced and hot tea. Sometimes will add Splenda. I am so happy Disney doesn't do that automatic sweet tea bit. It really is hard when all you can drink is water because you can't have sweet tea, and the only diet drinks have nutrasweet in them. Went to a convention at the Atlanta COnvention Center and had this happen. No more conventions in Atlanta for me

Both-depends if I am drinking b/c I am sick (unsweetened) or just in the mood for tea (sweet).

Being a southern girl, tea means sweet tea ::yes:: However, I lived for a short while in England where I learned to love hot tea with cream and sugar :goodvibes

With meals I mostly drink sweet iced tea, but I enjoy a cup of hot tea when it's cold and I like it with dessert instead of coffee. I have also taught DH and DD1 to love hot tea with cream and sugar as well. :teeth: DD2 doesn't care for hot drinks in general, also she will drink the occasional hot chocolate in the winter.

Laurie :)
