How do you deal with the excitement??

We are 19 days away for our trip to WDW!!!!!!!

first time as a family, first trip ever for our baby boy Patrick. 9 days at POP!
We're so excited!!
Every night Patrick makes me go over it, what we're gonna do each day, what things are at each park- i'm going insane!
This morning my husband, who has been quite during the planning process says "I can't stand it! can't we just go already!!"

I am so happy to have found this site, i have read so many good ideas and tips, an enjoyed reading trip reports and seeing pictures. you have all totally helped a lot. But what do i do now? I am so anxious to leave already! LOL

How do YOU handle the excitement the last few weeks before your trip?

I barely sleep the week before a trip b/c of the excitement so I can't help you too much there. But I usually go over packing lists, pack really early (like 2 weeks ahead), make lists of things we want to do, check out menu's online and decide what I want to order at X restraunts, stay on the Dis and other message boards, look back over past vacation photos, and watch the Disney vacation planning DVD and other stuff I have on DVD about WDW. I don't know if it helps reliever the tension or makes me all the more excited.

we're just all on the edge of our seats reading what we can online everywhere! lol. i just hope we don't burn out by the time we get there lol

Have you ordered your Disneyworld Park maps? We did this w/my neice. A few stickers came with the maps and we bought more Disney stickers for her to put on places she wanted to see and rides she wanted to go on. It was fun for all of us.

it is pretty hard to deal with how exciting it all is! ive got 42 days till my trip and i can barely concentrate on anything else! whenever im not at work, im concentrating on my ADR's and my plans for each day (which is pretty silly considering i end up winging it alot!)

I cannot contain my excitement AT ALL. This will be my first trip! I have been waiting nearly 30 years for this!! Imagine 30 years of built up excitement. Seriously.

My boyfriend is excited, too, but I think I might eventually drive him insane. I literally joined this board to try to get it out of my system here instead of talking his ear off about it 24/7! Poor guy!
