How do you cook venison???

I am so laughing......We have been married for almost 40 years and I hunt with the men and now our grandddaughter too.......well for the last fifteen or so years I have been making meatballs for family gatherings ...I make them with one part beef to two parts critter.........and then when they are cooked in the sauce ........I put them in the crock pot to go to the parties.......well my nephews SO said .....oh AUnt Marie your meatballs are so good can I have the recipe...so I (not even thinking) I do one part beef and so on and she YELLED>......OH NO I hate Deer.......and she was so mad at me and said she would never eat my meatballs again......I thought to myself she HOOVERS around the food tables and would eat a dozen or so of my meatballs......GOOD more meatballs for the rest of the crowd........LAUGHING STILL HERE

Deer does not have a bad flavor.....Try it once please.....
