How do you contact Concierge?

We're heading to CR Tower club in August & for the first time haven't been contacted at all by the Concierge desk. Is this because this time we reserved through an online travel agent? We managed to get PS's without Concierge help, but I want to either call or e-mail with other special requests prior to our stay (like that it's our DSs birthday during our stay, to request a frig for medication, etc.) Since I didn't get the usual pre-trip package from them, I don't have any of the contact information. I should have hung on to all that stuff from the last time, but I didn't. I'm sure there is some place that has all the numbers & e-mails, etc. but I don't know where to look.

I appreciate any advice on when/where to contact them! :D
 
Call the hotel direct and when the front desk answers ask for the tower club concierge - they should ring the desk for you.
 
You'll eventually get a planner in the mail and probably aphone call. I always did. Even though they can do priority seating I always did it way ahead of time that way I was sure to get what I wanted. if you are concerned I would call the hotel direct, concierge is always willing and able to help as much as they can. When I neede a fridge for med I called 1-407-824-4321 and they added the request to my reservation then when I got there I was lucky, I got upgraded to concierge. :D
 
That's what I thought GailT -- (that I would get a planner in the mail eventually.) But now we leave in 19 days :Pinkbounc but still haven't gotten anything. That's why I wondered if it's different when you use a Travel Agent.... (I used Dreams Unltd. this time.) Anyway, thanks for the number. I'll call just to be sure our special requests are on our reservation. I should add that we have been ecstatic with DU so far -- but I hate to leave anything to chance, so I just want to add our requests myself too.

PS. Does anybody know how to send e-mail to Concierge? I will ask when I call & post if I find out.
 

We are staying CR Tower Club in October. I started getting nervous about 2 weeks ago because we hadn't heard from them (you are much more patient than I am!!). I called 407-WDISNEY and they had the concierge call us. Here is the contact info:

Yes. We booked the GF sugar loaf through American Airline and was never contacted by the planning office. Later, when we booked the Poly concierge directly through Disney, the CM told me the planning office will contact us. It was the first time I heard about it--this happened before I discoverd Dis board. I asked why we weren't contacted the first time, she said it happens when the booking is through travel agents--the planning office sometimes don't recieve all necessary info from the agents. I plan to make all future disney vacation ressie directly through disney.
