How do you check ownership of a pool home?

I remember reading in a post that there is a website where you can check to see if someone really owns a property. If someone has that link can you please post it.

You just need to know the county the house is located in. Then do a search for the assessor's office website for that county. I'm assuming you are looking for a residence in Florida? Here are links to Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties. HTH
