How do you buy the dining plan?

Do you have to get a package through Disney with room/tickets or can you get it when you buy tickets at WDW. I have 4 days left on our 10 day tickets from Jan. and was thinking of adding this. What is the price does anyone know?

If I'm not mistaken it's $35 for adults per day and $10 per child. You have to have a minimum stay of 3 nights I believe and 1 days worth of passes.

It is only sold as part of a package, I believe. You need to be a resort guest and have purchased a minimum of a one day park pass. It is $35/ adult/ night and $10/ child /night. You receive 1 TS, 1 CS and 1 Snack per person per night of your stay.

do you have to get it for the number of days your ticket is for? I mean....say your ticket is 7 days but you only want it for 5....wonder if that is possible.

You have to get it for the same number of nights as your room, it is connected to your room package. You can get your tickets for as many days as you want, but you have to buy at least 1 day of tickets with the package (even if you already have tickets from another trip).

You get 7 nights in a room, you buy seven nights on the dining plan. Tickets are irrelevant except for the fact that you must have some form of ticket media to make it a "package" - so anything from a one-day one-park ticket to a 10-day MYW premium with no-expire will work.
