How do you book the Entertainment rate?

I am a little confused...........can DU do this or do I need to call the hotel of choice? Looking at Hard Rock or Portfino

I just called the HR&told them my dates and that I wanted the entertainment rate. She told me I have to show my card when I check in. Receied my confirmation in the mail about a week later. No problems.
