We had 4 vouchers from AirTran from last August for volunteering to be bumped from our flight. We were never able to use them since a month after our flight, AirTran stopped flying out of Seattle.
Today, we were finally able to convert them into credits/points on AirTran and then transfer those to Southwest. They immediately converted into 8 Standard Awards. I can't figure out how to now see the availability and book flights with these.
Can someone walk me through how to do this, please?
