while he is a 18 months away from being 16, I think being a seasonal CM at HHI would be a great opportunity. Does anyone know the process on how to make this happen? Thanks, Vince
You can search online as well ( I'd think at 16 summer internships might be place to start) Google Disney careers or go to their official site disney.com and you can do search there. Our DS 22 will receive his Masters in year and has been looking over opportunities. South Carolina is not listed in any drop down selection boxes so I'd think HHI opportunities would come up under Parks and Resorts choice to narrow search selection.
ETA : just asked my DS about South Carolina, he said if positions aren't currently posted for a particular geographic location he thinks that is reason why it doesn't appear in drop down box selections

IF it is the same at HHI as at WDW you need to be at least 17 and a graduating senior before they will hire you.
I think my daughter was told that labor laws only allow kids 14-16 to work until 7:00 PM and 9:00PM on holiday weekends. DD is doing the alumni program now (2nd college program) and works until 10-11 PM four or five nights a week. Also a child under 17 can not work over 40 hours a week. DD is working an average of 53 per week.
