How do you apply codes to reservation??

Hi, I am going to make ressies for end of May. I am going to book beach club and AKL. If I make them now, How do I apply the codes when they come out? Do I call and cancel my ressie and make new ones with the codes or do they just put them on you existing ressie??? I am unsure how to do this. thanks...amy

I made a reservation in March for Jan 2003. When the AP codes came out I just called told them I wanted to apply the code and ta da it was done! Very easy. Call when you get the codes right away though because there are limited rooms available.
