Just curious, do you have a big binder that you use to plan each trip then have a smaller planner that you use for each specific trip? Or do you make a new binder or book for each trip??
I personally think much of the pre-planning is overkill. No little or big planning book for me. All I do is print out a calendar and mark which park to visit each day....and mark any meals on the same calendar. Mostly we wing it!! Seems more fun and relaxing that way to me but I am well aware that some like to plan every last detail!
I make a big binder for 8.5x11 sheets for planning that I start anywhere from 1 year to 6 months out from the trip. It is especially helpful for making dining reservations, planning extra events, etc.
Then I have a smaller book with 4x6 sheets for the trip that I can throw in a backpack and have for things like restaurant confirmation #'s, photopass information, park information, postcards, gifts, budgets, flight info, car rental info, resort/hotel info, etc. You can find my pages in the link in my signature.

I really like your book! It doesn't come up for me in 4x6 though, it's in 8x10. Any ideas on how to make it smaller?
