Very basically you take a screen shot, paste it into a paint program, upload the picture to a web hosting site, and then link to that site in your post.

However how you do that depends on your computer and / or operating system, so to answer your question in more detail:
What type of computer or operating system are you using (Windows - with version, Mac - with operating system, or type of Linux)?

With my computer I do this (maybe it works the same with yours )

Above the insert button there is a button "Print Scrn" For print screen. I just press that button when I want to take the picture. Nothing happens so don't expect anything to beep, ring, pop up, or anything of that nature lol. Then all I do is go into Microsoft paint. Click onto the "edit" button at the top and go down to "Paste" I click it and then it and the image comes up.

I think there is also some clipboard method as well that allows you to take multiple screen shots at a time but I find this was easy. When it comes to computers and me, easy is very cool! rofl!
