Assuming you have an unused ticket, just ask when you check in. The CM may direct you to the Resort Guest Services/Concierge Desk or may do it himself or herself. Annual passes cannot be added to a room key and almost every CM will tell you that partially used tickets cannot be added to the room key, either.

Many, many members and guests staying on points have purchased tickets at check in and have had them added them to a room key. And many purchase tickets ahead of time and have those out on a room key at check in, too.
