How do you actually make a waitlist? Do I need to call?

I am drawing a blank. Also I can't seem to access the chat feature. Does it open at a certain time? It's 8:42 a.m. EST right now

You just go to book and then if it’s not available, it will allow you to waitlist.

If some of the nights are there, you have to pick the dates again in the calendar so the waitlist will show up.

Chat will show up. Just wait a bit. But it does not open until 9 am like MS.
