How do we make a room request at Pop ?

We are going back for Christmas. We really liked the room location we had in Sept in the 40's.

When we check in in Dec it will be later in the evening so I wanted to make a request since it will be too late for them to change it other wise.


How do I do that ? Also if you make a request are you likely to get it or is it a case of if you ask you never get lol

The CMs will honor your request if they are able. Most of the time it just depends on how crowded it is when you get there. Call the resort directly 5 days before you check in to make your request: 407-938-4000

How did you get a room in the 40s? Pop is 50s to 90s isn't it? I thought the 40s will be in the other bit if it ever opens

You should call reservations and have them add it to your reservation. No need to call.
