This is our first trip that we are not renting a car. Three women who are directionlly challenged have decided to hire a towncar service. So, when the towncar delivers us to OKW to check in, how do we get our baggage to our unit? Does OKW offer a golf cart service? Surely, they will have some means to get us, our baggage and some groceries to the unit, right???

The Bell Staff at the resort will be happy to transport you to your room and assist carrying luggage/groceries. The Bell desk is located just outside the check-in area at Hospitality House.

The towncar drivers are also often willing to do the same thing. We usually ask them (it saves moving the baggage an extra time) and tip accordingly.

Either way, you'll have help with your luggage.

Enjoy!

Not to worry, OKW has a bell staff that will take you and your baggage to your room. Remember it is Disney.

Have a great trip.

having a great time is a given. . . afterall, we are at Disney. Thanks so much for your responses. I tend to worry about the strangest things!

Thanks again.

I certainly don't think this is a silly thing to worry about. I would not want to carry luggage and groceries for 3 women to the back side of OKW. Especially not if you pack like my mom, my daughter and I!

My mom passed away last year and the thought of her in this situation makes me laugh. She would be flagging down a teenager and paying him 20 bucks to carry her bags! I have seen her do it! Thanks for the memory.:D

Not a silly concern at all. My problem stemmed from the fact that I was (still am) a total cheapskate, and I hated to pay someone to do something I could easily do. Since we almost never have a car, and usually use one of the "TownCar"- type services, I grudgingly started tipping people to carry my stuff. Then I realized that I was on vacation, and letting people pamper me was a good thing. The bell services people are some of the nicest and most helpful @ WDW. Just remember to tip them, since many of them are starving college students on an internship. ::yes::
