How do we activate our passes?

Hello,

Can anyone please tell me where and how we activate an annual pass certificate and also a park hopper pass?

You may exchange your annual pass voucher for the actual annual pass ticket at any guest services location. I have used the one at Downtown Disney.

Your MYW park hopper is activated by using it at the turnstile.

I was told that if I used an AP discount code to reserve, then the Annual Pass Certificate must be activated before we can get our room. Has anyone had any experience with this?

We will only be arriving around 9:00 p.m. and will be expecting groceries to be delivered...does this mean we have to wait in the lobby (OKW) while someone rushes to Downtown Disney to activate the Annual Pass?...or do you think they will allow us to check-in with the certificate and then activate the Pass?

Has anyone had a similar experience?

Show them your certificate and Im sure they'll be fine with checking you in as long as you agree to stop by the front desk before checkout and show them your AP before the end of your stay.
