How do u upload videos from iphone to facebook

I don't know what model iPhone you have, but on my iPhone 4, all I did was click the little camera icon next to where you'd normally post status updates, and then select "Choose from library." Choose the video and the program will compress and upload it.

It's in the Facebook app... upload photo or video on the little camera icon next to the status update field.
