how do u spot another DIS'er?

I was just curious how you all spot eachother when at WDW.. I am fairly new but am looking forword to the possibility of meeting other people on the board...

Lime Green = Possible Dis'er. It's the color of the DisBoards. I'll have a lime green bag when I go in May.

Anything with a Lime Green Mickey Head, like the paint sample you can get at Home Depot, made into tags of all sorts. Or a hat like the one in my signature line.

Look for lime green!! Usually a DISer will be wearing a lime green shirt, have lime green somewhere! Lime green is the official color of the DIS.

I usually have a green Mickey head on a few of my things but I've never seen another one. I have, however, been recognized, twice from my pix I've posted.

Once was at MNSSHP 2006, someone recognized my shirt (I made) which made it easy to ask if she had seen 2 others wearing the same shirt-She pointed me in the right direction.

The other time was last Sept, at Boma's. A Disboarder came up to me and introduced herself. She said she recognized my DD8, and myself, from my posts. I was pretty amazed! wave: Frannn)

When we were there in Jan there were two disers in front of us in the line for Jack Sparrow. They had the LGMH's on their bags, and some pod squad stuff! My DD was wearing a tshirt designed by one of the wonderful Disigners./..so we kinda spotted each other, it was nice to have some new friends to make the line go so much quicker!!

This upcomming trip we will have som LGMH's somewhere on us, and also, I am keeping my eyes open for a Dis meet....

I plan on doing that too! Gave my DH & DD the lesson on the look and that if anyone gave them the look (showed the look) to tell me. DD looked at me very seriously and said "why are the going to poke my eyes out." I had tears rolling down my cheeks as I held in my laughter. DH went to another room so he could laugh.

The paint chip from Home Depot is actually alien green. You'll see references to them with the letters LGMH. Lime Green Mickey Head.
If you get a conservation with someone, ask if they know about the DIS and if they don't, you can share this place with them.
