Just wondering how these adr sound:
First day arrive around 2:00 - go to Epcot - Dining at Garden Grill
2nd day plan to do MGM eat at the Prime Time Cafe
3rd day Animal Kingdom - go back to hotel for rest - then head over to the Spirit of Aloha at the poly
4th water park - back to hotel - then possilbe dtd - maybe wolfgang pucks express ( just heard about this one)
5th mk - then eat at liberty tree tavern
6th water park - early morning breakfast at gf (what used to be 1900 park fare)
7day - back to epcot or other parks then eating at coral reef.

any suggestions for change or comments appreciated.

Not sure of the ages in your group, but you only have one day at MK, and not until the 5th day? Is your 7th day a travel day? I would suggest getting rid of one of the waterpark days, and do another day at MK - I don't know when you are going, but if it is summer, you will never finish MK in one day unless it is EMH and you go commando and maximize fast passes.

Even if you don't do a full 2nd day at MK and go to the pool for a while, then save your last day for EPCOT. Getting there at 2:00, plus eating, you won't get much done that day either.

I don't know which resort you are staying at but we enjoyed eating at Boma and looking around AKL. The kids enjoyed looking at the animals from the observation area and the buffet at Boma has a nice variety.

Also, we ate at OHana's and loved it! I thought about the luau but didn't want to use 2 TS for it.

I liked eating at the resorts because we were able to look at them and see where we might like to stay next visit. It does take a little time to get there but we thought the boat rides from MK to WL and from Epcot to Cape May at BC were really nice. We rode the monorail from Epcot to Poly then back to MK.
You can also walk to MGM from the BC area. The boardwalk area is pretty and a nice walk after dinner also. ( if you haven't already walked enough!)These were things that I thought were helpful from my trip, hope they help you.

You may want to check out the reviews of the Luau at the Poly. It does not get a lot of favorable reviews.
