The villa management company may be able to give you the owners details, unless it comes under some sort of data protection regulations.

no - this is privately let and owned and recommended to us by someone but want to confirm ownership

If you know their name you can go to that county and look it up. I did it for our DVC not sure of the exact web-sight but I would start with FL gov and go down from there.

You can also check the local appraisers office for the official owner of a property. Each county will have it's own but here is the link to the Osceola County site www.property-appraiser.org Click on Record Search along the top line and put in the address of the property - you should then get details of the owner
