How do I upgrade a child's ticket to an adult ticket?

I bought our 10-day, non-expiring tickets 1.5 years ago when my DD was 9. We've had to cancel our trip to Disney twice and she is now 10.5. How and where do I upgrade her ticket once we are there (9/12-9/16)? Can we do this at the Contemporary (where we are staying)? I bought them online from a distributor if that matters...
Thanks!

5 days and counting... :woohoo:

I don't think that you have to! She can use it if it's her original ticket. I've never done it but I could swear that I've heard that. I hope I'm right so you save some $$$$!

That's only if the ticket was partially used before the child was 10. In this instance it sounds like the ticket hasn't yet been used and therefore will have to be upgraded. You can take the ticket to Guest Relations outside of any park to have this done.

Oops! Sorry. I read wrong. I was thinking that you went on one trip and bought the tickets for that and then cancelled 2 trips since then. I guess she will have to pay the extra then.
