How do I update MDE account?

i changed some ADRs around and they aren’t showing up on my account. They are right on the website but the app says last updated Dec 7. Is this something Disney does every few days or can I update it? I tried refresh and signing out and nothing changed.
 
Common issue. If correct on the site you are probably fine, just check back tomorrow and see if the app has updated yet. If it continues to concern you, contact Disney but that is likely unnecessary.
 
You can try signing out of the app, closing it, reopening it, and signing back in.
Sometimes (most of the time) that fixes it and forces it to update.
If that doesn't work you can remove the app completely, reinstall and sign back in. That fixes it in most of the cases when the first process doesn't.
If you still have problems and you really need to view it right in your app, then you probably need to call. But as long as the online version is correct, then your reservations are correct
