How do I tell him I'm not interested ?

Okay, yesterday was my homecoming dance and i went alone. This boy followed me around the whole time, told me i looked gorgeous, and asked me to dance 3 times . How do i tell this boy that i'm simply not interested in him ?????I don't want to break his heart but he's freaking me out !! Plus he sit's next to me in one of my classes and hes on my bus, so avoiding him is impossible. Help!!!

i would just tell him that im not interested in him but thats just me...theres this guy @ my school wholike askes me for my name alot and he touches like everygirl he sees and so im usually w/mauricio or my friend andrew when i see him...mauricio wants to punch him in the face!! its so funny!!
