How do I take the podcast off my iPod?

Okay, I figured out how to get the podcast onto my ipod, but now want to take it off (and listen on the computer instead).

How can I take podcasts or songs off? Thanks in advance....

Through Itunes.

Uncheck the items you want off and resync

If you downloaded it through iTunes, you can just open iTunes on your computer and listen there. No need to take it off your iPod first.
