How long does it usually take to be able to PM after reaching 10 posts?

You can see how many posts you have that will qualify towards using 'Conversation' (PM) by looking underneath your username where it says 'Messages:'.

At this time you have 3 posts and still need 7 more. The best way to do that is to go to the Technical Support/Test forum and add post(s) to any existing thread.
