How do I send a thank you to a CM????

We had a wonderful time on our Keys to the Kingdom tour last Friday and I wanted to send a thank you to the CM who gave the tour. All I know is that her name was Jessica and she worked at Guest Relations. Should I just send a letter to Guest Relations attention "Jessica", should I call and try to find out more information about her or does someone have another suggestion.

The best thank you you can give a CM is to write Guest Communications about her and how she made your trip special. These letters go in their permanent files. I am pretty sure they get to see it because I got and email from a CM I wrote about at AKL concierge.

I think it's great to say "Thank You". People are always so quick to yell & scream when things go wrong but seldom recognize the positives.

I'm sure the cm will appreciate it.

When writing give as much identifying information as possible ... name, the fact that she was a KTTK guide, and the date you took the tour.
