How do I respond to this ebay seller?

Wow-- I can't believe 5 days was too long. I too just received a money order from an auction almost 4 weeks old. My auctions all state payment within 7 days. If I don't hear from someone around the 5th day-- I email them a nice reminder. However, I don't contact anyone again until 10 days pass. I know I can state 7 days but it seems as though ebay really isn't going to back me up on it-- that they allow buyers the 10 days. So, thats when I begin the NPB process if I've yet to hear anything. Pretty much if I'm promised a MO or check and still don't have it after 2 weeks 9 out of 10 times I relist the item and return the payment if and when it does arrive.
