How do I request a balcony room at the Beach Club?

Just booked the Beach Club and would love to have a balcony. Does anyone know how I can request one? Do I call the resort, email? Thank you for any help!

You can request but unless you are staying club level your chances of getting a full balcony are slim. I always choose YC because most rooms have balconies.

You can call 407-W-DISNEY and ask them to add the request to your reservation.

Make sure you request "full balcony." Beach Club has rooms with small "Juliet" balconies and well as rooms with full balconies.

You can't actually "call the resort." Any time you think you are calling a Disney hotel, you actually are speaking to someone at an off-site call center.

Approximately 50% of the rooms have a large balcony. Most of the rest of the rooms have the small standing balcony. A few rooms don't have a balcony. We always call resort reservations to add the request for the large balcony. Our success rate is about 50%.
