How do I print Temporary Internet Files?

I need to print out the list of temporary internet files from one of our office computers. I'm sure you can guess why I can get into the files and see everything there but can't figure out how to print the list. Any ideas??

You can do print screens of them, and drop them into WORD docs...

ummmm....What exactly are "print screens"? Can you walk me through that? And here I thought I was computer literate, I'm feeling like a fool!

In the upper right hand of your keyboard theres a key - PRINT SCREEN - (above number pad)

When youre in the window that shows all of this employee's devious surfing, just hit PRINT SCREEN.(it will appear to do nothing - just hit it anyways)

Go into WORD - open a new document, and hit CTRL V or Right Click & Paste.

VOILA! Youve taken a screen shot. If his naughty website visiting takes up more than one screen - youre gonna have to do it again....and again, and again... until you have all his shots printed.

Poor guy - he just needed a little porn to get through the day.
