How do I post pictures?

I'm trying to do my trip report but can't figure out how to add pictures to my post? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is really easy

There are step by step instructions on the Tech Board.

Basically you have to download them to an internet source like photobucket and then you can use the icon above with the mountain in it to link attach your photo. You just copy your link from the internet source and paste it. Hope that makes sense. I couldn't figure it out forever, but didn't know the internet thing.
