How do I pay?

Hello! This may be a dumb question but this is my first time booking my own trip and going without my parents. So far Disney has only charged me a deposit for my room (I check in on Monday). Do they automatically bill me for the rest on check in day or do I have to manually do it myself? I know it's a silly question, but I don't want to accidentally miss my payment...Thanks!

They will bill you on the day you check in, usually shortly after midnight of that day.

In the past I always had to pay 30 days in advance of my first day but this year I didn't get that reminder emailed to me. I'm guessing that is a recent change???

I think it’s 30 days before with a package and the day of check in with room only reservations. We already had tickets and booked a room only. I think I’m going to call and pay a few days before check in. I like to have everything settled before I get there.

I do have a package, but didn't get the usual reminder. It was odd. I've booked my packages on my own the past 7 years and I rely on that reminder email.

Maybe they did change it since covid. Maybe you should call. I know calling is a pain because waits are so long.

I don't think it's changed for packages - it was shorter last year, but it went back to 30 days some time ago. My TA just ran my final payment through for our November trip yesterday. I'd definitely check MDE, if not call.

Yes I know I had sent a question through the email to Disney about a month ago and they never did reply back.. I wouldn’t trust getting an email.

I've got both a package and a room-only booked (split stay). The package had a $200 deposit and the balance due 30 days in advance; if you log into the Disney website and go to My plans, the reservation will be listed with the balance due and due date. It should also be on the email confirmation in the price and pay summary section. I don't think they do auto-pay but you can pay on the website.

I have a package booked for November and my balance was due 30 days prior. I got a reminder email about two days prior to the due date.
