How do I pay on my reservation on line?

The Disney Web-site looks all different to me and I have a resort reservation and in the past years I would pay on it online every few weeks but I can;t find how to do that now.
Thank-You for any help you can give me. I can get the resort reservation up but there are not any payment details on it or there is not anywhere to click to pay, it looks so different to me.

Add your reservation number under My Disney Experience. Then when the my reservations page loads it will say remaining balance under your reservation details. There should be a link to click on beside remaining balance saying some like make a payment. A lot of time is is not working and saids

that was the only place I could find online to make a payment. You can call 4079347639 and use the Automated service to make a payment.

I just checked "My Reservations", and it does not show any payment or amount due information. Then I clicked on "View Details", nothing there either.

I remember paying online for our January trip. But it now seems the WDW website has taken another step backwards.
 

I've used the new site to apply 70 gift cards since February. But, since June 15th, I haven't been able to make any progress whatsoever.

Loading my reservations, it either displays (after several seconds) a message that balance information isn't available, or, if I'm lucky, it will actually display my balance.

If I get the balance and click Make a Payment, sometimes it will reload the login screen, which drops me back at My Reservations, with or without balance displayed. If I'm lucky, it will load the Edit Payment screen.

If I get the Edit Payment screen and put in my gift card info, I either get a message about the gift card not being able to be processed, get a submit button that doesn't do anything, OR I get dropped back to the login screen, starting the whole process all over again.

I got fed up and called 407 W DISNEY tonight and used the automated system to pay with 11 cards, but the system didn't understand that I wanted to pay $9.81 (my balance) and kicked me into the agent queue. After being on hold for about 25 minutes, the CM tried to charge 9.81 to my gift card three or four times. Each time, it told her that the card had $50 on it, but that the charge was declined.

Her supervisor was also perplexed.

Guess I'll try again via phone in a day or two.

Just glad that I'm at 90 days out instead of 45!
