How do I order food at the Pepper Market?

What about refilling your mugs? Do you need to get a ticket for that? Is it self-serve, or does someone fill it for you?

I liked the food, with the exception of breakfast. I ordered a scrambled egg plate with bacon, and fried potato, and it was $10-11. It tasted like it had been sitting around (and I was there right when they opened). I would equate it to really bad breakfast buffet banquet food, served at business meetings. Total rip off!!

On a positive note, I ate there for lunch and ordered the bourbon chicken with noodles and almost ate every bite. It was quite good and a welcome departure from cheese burgers and chicken nuggets!

While the complaint about the required gratuity has been raised before, I must say I don't understand why it's such a big issue. Food is pretty exspensive all over WDW. The food at the PM is higher quality than most of the CS restaurants. If they raised the prices by 10% and discontinued the required gratuity, nobody would know the difference.

Until recently there was a little convenience type store next to PM. I think they may have moved it, but if all you want is a sandwich, a donut, piece of fruit, or soft drink, that might be a better choice.

I love the Pepper Market, and found the food there to be much better than at the food courts of POFQ and POR.

I agree too! The Pepper Market is the best food court I have visited ... I have even traveled there for dinner! The food is really good and the 10% just doesn't bother me.

If you dine in, they will refill it. If you just want to refill your mug, you do not need a ticket.
