How do I move my computer taskbar back?

Argh!

I accidently hit the mouse button & moved my taskbar from the bottom of my screen over to the far right.

Why don't they just have an UNDO for this?
I tried dragging it back over to the bottom but it won't shrink down. When I drag it over to the left, it only goes halfway over ( covering half my screen,) & then stops. And even when it's covering half my screen, I still can't figure out how to pull it back down.

I can't seem to grab it in the right place to move it back down.

ETA: Just saw that you've tried that. Try clicking closer to the start button - inside the little partition bar thingy, and then dragging down.

I kept trying to drag the corners which only made it wider or narrower.

It's easier to move than I thought, which only makes it more aggravating that it's so simple.
