How do I make room requests once I've already booked room?

I want to make a few room requests for my upcoming stay at AKV-Kidani. I want to request Sunset Savannah, lobby level. Should I call member services or do it online?

I just call member services but I've seen others say they send in a form that's on the member website (I haven't used that).

The "form" that I use is simply the " contact us by e-mail" link. I send the message and get a reply in a day or so. Also, if you do on line check in, they also have some requests to add then.

Why wait on the phone when you can send the online contact form?

MS will add your request to the reservation and send you an email when it's done to your email address associated with your member account.
