How do I make a ticker?

I hope that isn't a stupid question but we are finally booked for our first trip in 9 years!! It will be our 8 year olds first trip and we have been planning and waiting for the right time where finances worked out to go and we are so excited!! We are booked Aug 2-7th..

I think if you click on my ticker in this post it takes you to the page where you can make them. You then have to edit your signature in the userCP.
