How do I make a sign-in page for a CJ?

I can't find any pictures anywhere Do I just put the title on the top? And how do I do the tag/what do I put on it? :confused Do I write a message with either my real name or DIS name, or do I make it fancy like an embellishment?

Any pics you can share would be really helpful! I'd like to get mine ready befoer I go on vacation so I can post it off when I get back.

I'd posted the first several books over on TwoPeas from a CJ as they went through here. (With the owners' permission of course!) I scanned the covers, sign-in pages & everything. I hope this helps!

Those are cute journals piratesmate.

I don't have pictures of mine, but the first journal I did, the first page was my title page. The second and third pages were welcome to my journal, what my theme was and any directions. The next pages were my sign in pages, for mine I used library pockets, I decorated the pocket and cut cardstock to go in them, left blank for each person to add a picture, their information and embellish as they would like. I'm not sure what I will do this time, depending on how big your pockets are you can't fit very many to a page. I may just make a little pocket and tag myself so I can fit more on a page. Hope that helped some.

I was really, really new to scrapping when I joined that & it was so nice to see all the different styles & techniques everyone used. I loved getting a new one each month! It really helped me think in different ways...outside the box. I'd originally thought: "Sign-in page = tags. The end" As you can see even the tags were done differently. I loved the file folders one...and someone used really large Mickey heads. (I'd posted some of the albums on another site & now can't find them. ) I think that person traced the Paint Chip ones - or maybe she used the real ones...I can't remember now.

They are fun to do and see everyone's different ideas. I like the file folder idea, I may use that one.

I have used tiny file folders and even tiny shopping bags (found at a party store or craft store) for my sign in pages. They even have very small lunch pags that I have used with tags in each one for folks to use.
