How do I link tickets purchased through a 3rd party to my MDE?

Through work I can get Park Hopper passes through a service called Tickets at Work. They can be emailed to me and are 100% real and all that. But, my question is how can I, if I order them now, two months before we go, link them to my hotel and dining reservation account so I can start booking FastPass rides?

Does anyone know anything about this?

You will need a confirmation number or a ticket id number to link tickets in MDE. As long as you have this info, it's easy to do. We buy our tickets from Park Savers and link them to MDE.

Sounds like you got the e ticket option. No physical tickets needed, everything is linked to the Magic Bands.

Note: Nothing is "built into" the Magic Band. The Magic Band simply points to your MDE account, where your tickets are linked. This is why you can mix and match and interchangeably use bands all linked to the same account.

Hi everyone, still learning how all this works...Our family hasnt been to disney in decades... and we are staying off property...I have a few curiousities...
1. I was hoping to get some Magic bands and tickets 3rd party...can they link?
2. some in our group of 7 have magic bands from their last visit, do they need new ones...or can they update those?
3. Do you have to be staying on property to use them?
4. Can I connect a ccredit card to so that the kids can buy food in parks and charge it without the cash...can some of the older adults put their own CC on it so they can charge their own stuff Or does it all connect to my credit card
5.I guess this should be first, do they each make their own 'disney experience' acount, or do I manage it all?

1. Nothing links to a magic band, everything links to your MDE profile and the magic bands provide the key to your account. The plastic tickets you get will provide the same key, you don't need magic bands.

2. They don't need new bands they can use their old ones. They are already on their mde profile so they just need to link new tickets.

3. You can use MBs without staying on site but you can't charge to your room (which is what charging to your band actually is) without being on site

4. No

5. They can have their own or you can manage people's profiles. If they already have an account and they want to use their existing magic bands you will want to connect to their accounts.
