How do I link an exchange certificate to MDE?

When my husband purchased an annual pass as a surprise for me he was told that I must link it to MDE, or he will need to be present at guest services when I activate it. When I follow the link on MDE it leads me to Stitch "your page was eaten". Can anyone help, please?

You'll either have to keep trying until the site actually works (which is an absolute unknown, as it has never been reliably stable) or call
Disney IT and have them go through the process from their end.
