How do I link a Get away today eticket?

I just purchased tickets for May and I noticed it said it was an sticker and that we had to go to the ticket booth to get physical tickets.
Can I not link our tickets in the app until we have physical tickets?
When I have purchased an eticket for WDW before I could still link our tickets to the MDE app but I can not work out how to do it.
Please help!

Is there an ID number on the ticket? If there is, you should be able to just type it into the app.

There is a document number but it’s 21 characters. I tried that and scanning the barcode but it just says invalid.

Tough situation. What I would do is contact Get Away Today and ask. They responded really quickly to me when I contacted them about something when we booked tickets through them last year. If you can’t link them now, just make sure to go early in the day to get your tickets before there’s a long line.
