How do I know what group my PIN offer is for?

I got a postcard in the mail and it has a reference on the outside........ no not the PIN on the inside. It is DM-Q2RECON-FAM-DEC07 It's not the big 40% I'd love to get but am so curious about what I am qualifying under. I can't go the dates anyways.
