how do i isue a refund on the "new" paypal?

I have tried clicking on every link on the page and can not figure out how to give a refund through PayPal. I really really despise the "new and improved" system. I tried the help link and it tells me to click on the history button which now does not exist as far as I can tell. Anybody know?

On my Paypal...there is a drop down at the end of each row of activity. I can change it to "Issue Refund". Also, if i got into the details of any transaction, there is an "Issue Refund" link right under the net amount $.

I reverted my Paypal to the Classic.
I dislike the new look. Too hard to find what you need.
I just logged in again to make sure it showed the Classic look still, and it does.
You might want to do that OP.

You are not using the "new" paypal then. There are no drop downs. I finally just called customer service. Guess what? You CAN'T issue a refund on the new site. There is no link for it. You have to use the classic site to do it. What is the point in changing the look if it's not functional?

The first thing I looked when the new look appeared was if I could pull up a page that shows the purchase transactions and the fees together. Couldn't find it. That was the 'deal breaker' for me. I need to have that all on one page.

I totally agree. They changed the shipping label too. you can't change the type of shipping you want (i.e. priority vs. parcel select)

How do you revert to 'classic'? What a moronic change to make if it's not funcional.

Scroll allllll the way down to the bottom of the page and there is a small click-able link on the left that says "classic site" or something like that.
