How do I get to the car care center to rent a car?

If we rent a car at the car care center, is there a shuttle to get there from the parks and/or resorts?

Yes, but with limited hours. Call to arrange a pickup time and place.

Try renting from the National/Alamo counter at the Swan/Dolphin Hotels. We have done this a few times and it is MUCH easier to get there from an on-site hotel. Just hope the WDW bus to the any park and transfer to the Swan/Dolphin bus. Or if your coming from MGM take the boat. This is great because as long as the buses are running you can get there.
