On our last trip to WDW(1/05), we bought DS3 and DD1 a lanyard and started buying pins that were relevant to that trip. IE-Birthday pins, princess pins for DD1 and ride and land/world pins for DS3. We spent a freaking fortune! 
No my son is almost 4 and wants to trade the next time we go. I don't want to trade the pins he has from this trip and I don't want to sink mega bucks into pins he is just going to turn around and trade. How/where can I get pins inexpensively that he can trade with others. I to am getting caught up but I don't want to trade things that hold memories or sentimental value. I already know about the lanyard that comes with the four piece trader set. How do we know we are not trading a pin that may be worth a little more for an everyday pin or do you just not worry about that. Any tips at all will be helpful.
